2001 - 2005: Five Incredible Years of CIBC Miracle Day
One of PRF's most ardent supporters, CIBC Oppenheimer, has contributed a portion of the funds raised through their generous Miracle Day program since 2001. The total amount donated to PRF to date is over $60,000, WOW!
On Miracle Day, the first Wednesday of each December, CIBC World Markets donates the fees and commissions raised by their brokers, traders and the firm itself to selected children's charities. Since 1984, Miracle Day has generated over $60 million for children the world over. PRF was chosen because of its commitment to the children afflicted with Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome.
CIBC World Markets is the global marketing name of the investment banking and securities business of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and its affiliates worldwide. CIBC World Markets Corp., member New York Stock Exchange, provides retail brokerage services in the USA under the marketing name CIBC Oppenheimer. Please support this philanthropic organization by visiting http://www.cibcwm.com/.
Many thanks to Peter Feinberg, Tommy Gallagher and Seth Novatt, past Chairs of USA Miracle Days; Andy Janfaza, Capital K Partners, Sandy and Sheila Fitlin, Art Caione and Art Caione, Jr. formerly of New York City's CIBC Oppenheimer office, and Alice and Lew Berns, friends of the Fitlins, all of whom assisted in making these tremendous donations possible.
Contact us if you can help us connect to traders that can designate PRF as their charity of choice for Miracle Day 2006!
