May 30, 2008: Play Poker for Progeria in Peabody, MA!
Join us on Friday night, May 30th, for a fun night of Texas Hold ’em Poker, silent auction, food, drinks, raffles and lots more as PRF holds it 3rd annual tournament at the Holy Ghost Society Cultural Center, 20 Howley Street, Peabody, Massachusetts. It’s $100 to play poker, $25 if you want to just come enjoy a night out, and $100 to sponsor a table – such a DEAL! 
If we have the 150 players we expect, first prize will be $4,000, with 4 other cash prizes!
Back by popular demand is our signature “Pocketbooks for Progeria” Auction! Bidders can choose from several designer purses, and the lucky high bidders then open them to see what’s inside: lottery tickets, prizes, or up to $500 cash!

- Sign-in and registration starts at 6:00 pm, Tournament starts at 7:00 pm
- $100 donation for 4,000 chips; $25 for non-players
- Sponsor a table for $100 and your name will be displayed prominently at the event.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted
- Cash Prizes to the top 5 players, amount based on number of tickets sold
- The event is being coordinated by Bay State Poker Company
- Complimentary food will be served starting at 6 pm, followed by pizza mid-evening.
- Cash bar.
- Directions to the Holy Ghost Society Cultural Center, 20 Howley St., Peabody:
*From route 1 north or south, take the Lowell Street/Peabody exit.
*Turn right onto Lowell Street, and after 3.5 miles, it turns into Main Street.
*Continue straight for just under half a mile through downtown Peabody to the lights where Super Stop ‘n Shop is on the left. That is Howley Street.
*Take a left at the lights onto Howley and the building is on your left. Park across the street in the supermarket parking lot.
