Kishore Kolupoti is a passionate runner from Tampa, Florida, who dreams of conquering the Boston Marathon and achieving the prestigious Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star finish. His running journey began later in life, starting with just 800 meters before he was completely out of breath. He firmly believes that “age is just a number”. With determination and the unwavering support of his incredible run group, friends, and family, he pushed beyond his limits. In just 9 months, he achieved the unthinkable: completing his first marathon.

That milestone sparked a deep passion not only for running but also for giving back. Since then, he has had the privilege of running marathons worldwide while supporting various global charities as part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors.

Kishore says, “My lifelong dream of running the Boston Marathon takes on a special meaning this year. I’m running not just for myself but to raise awareness and funds for The Progeria Research Foundation—a cause close to my heart. This race represents the perfect intersection of my love for running and my commitment to making a difference. Let’s cross the finish line together, one step at a time!”

Charu Panajkar is from Cary, North Carolina. His running journey began about seven years ago when he set a goal of running a marathon by the time he turned 50. It seemed like an impossible task at the time, having never run before in his life, but one thing to know about him is when he sets his mind to accomplishing something, he does it. Six months later, he finished his first marathon and even though he was sore and could barely move for days after, he knew he wasn’t finished running yet. His next goal: an under 5-hour marathon, he ran two years later. And he set his next goal of finishing the Abbott World Series and getting all 6 stars. Throughout his life he has supported various charities committed to improving lives, and so he says, “I knew then that I wanted Boston to be the last star in my cap because of the wonderful spirit of giving that surrounds this race. The Progeria Research Foundation encapsulates values I hold dear to my heart, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to support them while running the 2025 Boston Marathon.”

Solice Reynoso is a 37-year-old originally from Lynn, MA. Growing up as an athlete he never thought running would become such a major factor in his life. But when COVID hit, and everything shut down, running took over. Not only did running get him away from the day to day stresses it made him realize how beneficial running is not only for the body but the mental health as well and about a year into running he created a Run Club/Nonprofit organization (Running United Nationwide) based off of mental health and month to month awareness that were attached with the current month. 4 years later they have established a strong foundation and a great team of runners across the US. Every year they host events to give back to the community and try to show no matter where you come from you can always find a way to make a difference!

Fun Fact: He’s a professional barber going on 9 years. He has 2 beautiful children: his daughter Janiyah is 16 years old, and his son Lyric is 9 and they are both heavily involved in the community events and both also have an interest in running.

He says, “I chose to run for The Progeria Research Foundation because of the never-ending work they put out for this rare disease. They have a never-ending love and passion for those with Progeria and no matter what they put all those children and adults first! The PRF is an outstanding community that will never give up on finding a cure and that alone made me fall in love with them and they will always have my utmost respect and support! I can’t wait to run Boston as a team! Go PRF!!”
